Vermicelli glass noodles sauteed with garlic, onion, ginger, red pepper, broccoli, bok choy, pepper, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and a touch of curry powder. Yum.

Life has a funny way of throwing curve balls at you. Things come your way unexpectedly, and you find yourself doing things that you’d never imagine doing; some good, some questionable. Sometimes, the person who can surprise you the most is yourself.
